The Grand Turk Cruise Center offers full port agency services for inward and outward clearances and port agency support throughout the day. This service includes line handlers during mooring and unmooring operations.
If it is the prerogative of a vessel not to retain the optional service of the center's port agency, line handlers will remain mandatory and an invoice will be issued to the cruise line.
