The Grand Turk FlowRider® opened for fun and excitement at the Grand Turk Cruise Center in June 2008. 

Offered as a shore excursion sold through the cruise line’s websites and on board, the Grand Turk FlowRider® is the only attraction of its kind at a cruise port facility. The FlowRider® operates by creating an artificial wave utilizing a pair of high-pressure water jets that produce a thin, two- to three-inch layer of water moving over a pre-formed and cushioned surface at high speed. 

The FlowRider® is exhilarating —not to mention a lot of fun—and, when combined with Grand Turk's excellent beaches and interesting historic sites and attractions, offers yet another exciting shore excursion option for cruise ship guests.

Due to the nature of the attraction, space is limited so be sure to pre-reserve your spot through your cruise line well before the cruise so you will not miss this exciting excursion!
